And to be fair, I did notice that my hair goop had leaked onto the floor and that is probably one of the slippery problems. If it is a Pam like substance, then it is an oil based material which I have found is best removed by a dishwashing detergent of which Dawn is my favorite! If it is silicon based, then an alcohol based solvent is best. My favorites are isopronanol alcohol or beer. In both cases it should be applied to a cloth then wiped over the spot to try and remove it. If the floor has been waxed, you may need to use an ammonia product to strip the wax first.
