		<description>This just reminded me of a story my dad used to read to me almost every night (because I begged to hear it that often). It was from one of my sister&#039;s learn-to-read books called Blast Off! (With Mr. Muggs in it, if you remember him).
ANYway, the story that I&#039;m talking about involved a clown named Smiley (of course) who sold balloons. This was before my realization that clowns are evil of course.
