		<description>I know, in Canada, and perhaps the US too, most cheddar is orange. At least, ALL cheddar is orange that is commercial, and that cheese is pure Black Diamond. White cheddar is everywhere too, but it&#039;s second to orange, for sure. I prefer it, like, why do I need orange dye in what I eat?</description>
