We are super cute, for sure.

If you ever get a hold of a scanner, I would be overly thrilled if you could scan in the old Sears portraits that you have, there’s one with mum with long hair, and so on.

Please, pretty please.

I guess I was vain, even back then!
I didn’t start wearing glasses full time untill I was at least 6 or so.
But man! Are we cute or what?

They’re pleated sides and back, flat in the front. With shoulder straps.

I think the date’s on the back of the photo, so when it resurfaces (after the move) I will have a look.

It’s weird that Megan isn’t wearing glasses in either picture.

LOVE the kilts…sorta looks like Buchanan tartan. Are they pleated in the back?

I tried to figure out where we were when the snap of you and Megan was taken – Gubby’s maybe? Pretty sweet little girls. Nanny sent the kilts and sweaters for Christmas in 1973. xo

LOVE the plaid dresses.

We are the eager beaver Scottish family every summer (every saturday night there’s a pipe band parade, whole town marches behind, best rural phenom ever) and we all wear our kilts.

Though Scott hardly needs an excuse to wear a kilt, he’ll jump in it in a minute.
