A great trip which I will report upon more fully later, after I have had some sleep. 7am flights are not fun or recommended to anyone in general.

have you tried sprouting – i mean big time – i think it is an alternative to cooking – the essence is that say a sprout of barley malt has more vit. and so on than by cooking

Funny thing, sprouting-I worked at a sprout farm here in Toronto for a while, when I first moved back to the city. Lots of people believe that the entire broccoli’s vitamins are there in one tiny sprout, but I have a harder time accepting that. I just think they’re crunchy, delicious and best of all, alive.
