Funny thing, sprouting-I worked at a sprout farm here in Toronto for a while, when I first moved back to the city. Lots of people believe that the entire broccoli’s vitamins are there in one tiny sprout, but I have a harder time accepting that. I just think they’re crunchy, delicious and best of all, alive.
