Hey, Robyn, we don't use either soda or vinegar in our hair. I honestly use non-cone conditioner (which, right now is Suave apple scent-it's super cheap) once a week (on Sunday, generally because I don't work that day and it takes forever for my hair to dry) and then I rinse it with plain water one other day a week (let's say Thursday, because that's twice I've been to the gym and probably need it) and use a little bit of Badur's leave in conditioner. I do brush my hair before I wet it because it's so thick and long right now that if I attempted to comb it out in the shower, I'd be in there for days. And break the comb.

And that's literally all I do!

You're so cute.

Amazing how even a health food store has to cover it's butt!

On a related note I'm giving a weight loss talk at my local Whole Foods this week!

Totally unrelated to your post. But I know you do the no poo thing. I'm considering attempting. A little scared at the moment. I've been trying to find a comprehensive source online outlining the whole process.

Do you do any of the baking soda washes or apple cider vinegar?
