JJ is such a sweet heart to her, why can' she see that? He's so tortured! I got all choked up, he just seemed completely lost and finished. How do people in the UK feel about this? I liked how the producers did everything to get him back into the house, I'd be willing to bet that if it was ANY other guest they'd be out on their ass by now. Although I guess we'll really find out on Friday's evictions. But i definetly prefer last year's housemates. There were some entertaining crazies in last year's group. This year all the housemates are a bit blah. If I met them at a party I would nod politely for a while and then say "Sorry, I have to go over here now" and turn to face away from them. Last year there was poor deluded and sometimes outrageously frustrating Sree. There was Marcus, who I would love to hang out with cause he was kind of like a comic book geek that lives in his mother's basement (although there are no basements here) but he somehow made it seem cool. And yeah, I can agree with the Corin image thing. It is weird living here because that fake boob/tan/eyebrow image is a big hit here. Girls aspire to it. It is weird and worrisome (to say the least). There was a BBC special on the subject recently where they interviewed pre-teen girls and their parents. The parents were condoning (and funding!) boob jobs for their girls before they were even post-pubescent. and getting up with them at 5 am to help curl/straighten their expensive hair extensions etc before school!
